The Resale Property Exhibition is a unique opportunity to show your property to hundreds of potential buyers.
For three days in July, the Resale Property Exhibition will be held at the Elysium Hotel, Paphos.


At the Exhibition your property will have its own display board measuring approx. 36”x36”. It will display photographs of the property, together with all the relevant details - price, area, bedrooms, etc.
There will also be a property information pack for every individual property, which visitors can take away.
Our highly trained staff will be on hand to answer any questions and take details of potential buyers wishing to arrange a viewing.
The Resale Property Exhibition will have extensive media coverage in Cyprus and abroad. Our advertising package includes our purpose-built website, magazine and newspaper advertising in Cyprus, the UK and Russia. This includes Cyprus Living magazine, Grapevine, Cyprus Mail, Cyprus Sunday Mail, Paphos Post & Paphos News, plus the Daily Mail and Daltons Weekly in the UK.
There will also be a radio campaign, a post office P.O. box drop, and advertising boards. The advertising campaign will guarantee a maximum number of visitors to the Resale Property Exhibition.

The cost? There is a scale of charges based on the value of your property starting from 450 Euros including VAT, but the good news is that there is NO COMMISSION payable on the sale of your property.
